Communitel Limited

Communitel is an alternative to the large Telcos who currently dominate the NZ telecommunications market. We are wholly NZ Owned and operated.

We are predominantly aimed at the residential market, although we are happy to talk to small to medium scale businesses.

We are very competitive and above all we are fair. We don't confuse our customers, quite the opposite, we seek to be as transparent as is possible.

We charge for what is used and have developed some methods that reduce our customer's costs very significantly. We believe that the time is ripe for a community oriented service provider in this market.

Right now we can only provide toll calls, Landline to mobile, national or international calls. We expect to have more services to offer when "Unbundling" becomes a reality but for now we are achieving significant savings in the tolls area.

We also encourage our customers to help their community. We provide for a generous percentage of our customers' spend to be awarded to community organisations if they so choose.

The business is designed for franchising. We expect to set up franchise operators in every community throughout NZ.
