6th July 2010 If you love Thai food but you're on a bit of a budget, be sure to try out Zap. Dishes range from $10-12 and its $2 for either plain or sticky rice. They follow their old food court style setting but be sure to book if you're going on a Friday or Sat night as the place gets packed! All their dishes have photos displayed above the counter so it helps making choosing a dish easier on your first visit. I recommend their nam tok chicken but be prepared for eye watering spice if they happen to have especially hot chillies on that day!
25th September 2011 ZAP4 makes the best Thai cuisine i have ever eaten in NZ, their food has a very fresh authentic taste.
Also they make their food to your personal taste eg. if you are European and cant handle traditional spicy Thai food they will make it "European hot" for you on request, however if you are like me and like it authentically spicy so be it.
I highly recommend ZAP4
i have to say in all honesty that zap4 is easily the best Thai food i have ever eaten and their prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you are given for your dollar.
