30th January 2013 Very Rude Staff, Terrible coffee from staff member who appeared to be a supervisor, very watery milk and bitter coffee. Being a barista myself i know when a coffee has not been made properly and this woman seemed to be more preoccupied with talking to fellow staff members than customers. not friendly at all and no smiles while being served. The second older staff member working with supervisor was very grumpy looking and not at all friendly and also rather snarky when i asked for my coffee to be extra hot as if it was to much trouble.
Staff members to busy chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on customer service. I was NOT Road happy when i left the Waihi store so get it together and stop letting down the rest of the BP Stores. The Manager needs to get the staff up to scratch and fast. Will not be returning to that store again.

12th August 2012 Recently moved into the Area. Have always been a BP happy customer, in various parts of NZ. However the staff in Waihi need a lesson in customer service. Have not been happy using this station and have now changed to Caltex elsewhere. However we have always enjoyed filling up our thermal cups with a flat white and have been doing this for many many years. Im not happy with the Barista skills in Waihi. One older lady makes a great coffee however the young ones are hopeless. Being an experienced Barista myself I enjoy a decent coffee. On taking back a coffee to be re made the other night only to be told I made it to temperature. Rude this young girl took net minute to make two flat whites, she did remake our coffees after being told by obviously her supervisor. She was very rude though. Come on BP Waihi get it together. Dont let down all the other fabulous BP stations and Wild Bean Cafes.
