29th September 2010 Installed TV antenna for me a couple of years ago - I was quite pleased with his work. I paid immediately in full.
Recent storm has caused a loose connection - I phoned and requested repair. Phoned me back a day later to refuse. Does not want to "risk his life". Said to get "younger guy".
It is a 2-storey house, but with flat roof to stand while working on antenna. I have been up there frequently until I broke my leg last year - I am almost 73!
I guess I will have to do it myself.
