You are provided with a written quotation and warranty statement before any work is done.
Bio-Shield is applied in a gentle, low-pressure spray. It kills moss, mould and lichen growth very quickly. The dead growth is washed away by natural weathering starting at around 2 months and continuing over about 12 months.
The final appearance will of course depend on the age and condition of the tiles or coating.
While it is not toxic to pets or plants, we take care to avoid foliage and ponds.
Armourseal Silicone Waterproofing
If necessary we can apply a protective silicone seal, using Armourseal silicone our proven
specialist roof surface sealant.
This is particularly useful for roofs made from porous materials such as concrete, clay and fibrolite.
Safety and Care
Bio-Shield is safe to use containing a combination of biodegradable surfactants for removal of moss, mould and lichen. It is safe for use on roofs that collect tank water.
