3rd December 2012 I am a small business and have been dealing with this company for 1.5yrs approx. I called in recently, and whilst a staff member was assisting me choose ribbon, the Manager & owner as i was informed began to inform me-in the middle of the showroom, my historic $ transactions and that they were not enough for me to be allowed in the showroom! he set upon me in an abrupt manner explaining the rules of his business, and told me i was not allowed in again, and only to buy from the website. I find this companies website poor, not user friendly, and certainly won't be buying from here again. Clearly they have internal issues with their terms of trade! I have now been advised of a more friendly supplier that is happy for my business, small or large and i can receive wholesale discount for my small business. I would seriously think hard before working with this company.

3rd December 2012 As a strictly wholesale business we choose to protect our regular volume customers and resellers and make no excuses for enforcing our published terms of supply. A spend of $23 over an 18 month period does not meet our criteria for a wholesale customer and therefore access to our showroom was withdrawn.
