16th February 2012 I visited this restaurant with visitors from overseas becuase we were looking for somewhere that served New Zealand produce and the menu didn't let us down. Very good food including lamb, beef and fish. Even the puddings used local fruit. Everything we ordered was very tasty. In addition the service was great. Decor was a little shabby - but with the tudor theme it wasn't that noticable. We will be eating here again in the future.

28th January 2012 The most disappointing food and service experienced for sometime.
From the lost booking, to poor table service and steaks way overcooked, accompanied by salad drowned in dressing, a most forgettable evening for which I apologised to my guests.
