About 60 employees milling around (ok, so most of them work for Bay Nissan). I stood at the Rack City counter while two employees had a discussion in front of me then walked away leaving me doing the old "hello, I'm right here..." So I went into the display area and scouted for what I wanted for 3 or 4 minutes, still no service. Walked out (had to stop and give way to another employee rushing around delivering clearly important pieces of paper). Drove home and ordered bars off TradeMe, they'll be here tomorrow. Incidentally, my sister said she had two guys ask if she needed help within a couple of feet of the door - suggest you take your g.f. with you if you need assistance.
