22nd September 2013 Your manager (Lala) has very limited people skills and in my opinion should not be working in the service industry. We had spent in the vicinity of $500 as a group and were happily paying our bill when she (Lala) confronted one member of our party and insisted she had drunk three glasses of Rose. When my friend tried to explain that whilst she had ordered the third glass, it had had never arrived, Lala demanded that she pay for it regardless. Two different members of your wait staff immediately jumped to my friends defence and admitted that it had never been put through the bar and that there were only two 'chits' for the Rose. At this point Lala turned even more abrasive and defensive and started insisting that she could get security involved and we could all watch the security footage. Not wanting to end the evening on a sour note, my friend paid for the drink and we left.

3rd November 2010 Dined here for the first time on a busy summer afternoon and was curious why it was much emptier than the other viaduct restaurants considering it had the cheapest lunch menu. Service is terrible with incapable/disinterested staff who would only do the jobs they were assigned (waited ages to pay for the bill even though we stood at the counter). Presentation is well below-par for a viaduct restaurant with four clashing types of seats and only 3 laminated lunch special menus to go around the whole restaurant. Food took forever, although it wasnt terrible, it definitely wasn't good. Lamb was rare but burnt on the outside that I couldn't eat.

13th July 2010 I've dined here in the summer and was disappointed with the bored staff, the plastic bucket chairs, and a run down and ugly canopy. The food however was to an acceptable standard (the lamb salad was scrummy) and the view of course is to die for.
