A great dining experience. This restaurant was comfortable, warm and inviting. Food took only about 15 minutes to get to us. Reasonably priced too. Only place I've been to where the owner/manager brought out our food and came back to check if it was up to our standard. Only downfall was it was too busy and we had to sit in the bar, but it was very nice aswell. Overall it was a great experience, great food great restaurant! Im very happy, and will be dining there again a lot more in the future.

This branch of Speights Ale House doesn't compare to the one on Bealey Ave in service and quality! The level of service I encountered on my recent visit is virtually non-existant. When enquiring at the counter about the snacks menu the server was quite arrogant, not very helpful, and seemed too busy to give attention to my queries about the food. Then when the food came the quality was ok but not great. I got the impression from the staff that they just didn't really care. It's weird, because the one in Bealey Ave is absolutely fantastic in all areas - service, quality of food, and atmosphere. However, when I go to the one in Tower Junction it's like I've come to a completely different company! It just shows you that it's not always about the brand, but actually about the staff they employ, and the atmosphere/location etc.
