this place located on Elliot Street has one of the best ramen. the ramen are in nice portion and the soup always comes out hot - not warm, which i love. being a uni student, its important to find places that is affordable and Kiraku is one of them. the staff are very friendly.this place is always busy at lunch time and because the place is very small there may be some waiting time but i don't mind.
