27th October 2014 There is nothing Jolly about this restaurant. Staff were not welcoming and even told us to put two tables together for our party and we had to sort out the placement setting ourselves. A wait of over 20 minutes before they came to take our drinks order and when we asked a lady passing if she would take our food order the look she gave us .......we should have left then!!!!!! Another 25 minute wait and they delivered 4 out of the five meals and never brought the remaining one. I had to ask where it was and they finally admitted that they had forgotten it. When we told them how disappointed we were with the service and their attitude they couldn't have cared less!!!! Management need to train their waitstaff in customer service as its nonexistent.
