I had a heat pump installed after the 2009 homeshow. I got 3 quotes and this company was the cheapest, the salesman was excellent with good product knowledge. He promised install within 14 days. The panasonic heat pump was installed within 10 days and I am very happy with it, the job was done very professionally and was very neat and tidy, plus the workman was also friendly (great). I recommend this company to my friends, the heat pump also came with the code of compliance and I got a $300 credit on my genesis energy account which was great during winter.
