Valuit Asset Appraisals Limited is the only nationwide company in New Zealand specialising in Depreciation Apportionments for property Investors.

Since inception in 1998 as a Plant & Machinery valuation business Valuit has specialised in a niche area that maximises tax relief for property investors. It is rewarding to complete work for clients specifically aimed at making their investment more profitable.

Valuit has had a software system designed and written that allows it's regional representatives to complete reports that are consistent with other regions. The system is designed so that the site visit records all the details within the property, allowing a full breakdown of the property based on IRD categories. Detailed notes in relation to the condition of the assets are recorded and the completed site sheet is then entered into internet based software, which completes the required calculations. The software program produces accurate and consistent reports and also completes a clear calculation path for future reference or audit.
