11th March 2014 Job booked and gave Chris Dickson my mobile number twice which he still didn't record correctly..then the plumber didn't arrive in the morning. Excuse was that 'the text hadn't got through' ...I was of course late for work due to having waited and when I phoned to complain to Chris Dickson, he told me to keep waiting. Then he said he'll cancel the job. Itss not hard to communicate. If you're going to be late, let the client know, don't wait for them to ring. How can you be that late when it was the first job booked for the day?
