20th March 2014 They will not keep in contact or phone back, they promise and never deliver in spite of telling us they will. They took our plans to provide a quote but 6 weeks later we are still waiting for both the return of the plans and the quote. In spite of offering to pick up the plans and quote, which we have been advised has been completed they are still not forthcoming. Strong recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
