All our products are 100% NATURAL! We make all our products old fashioned way, as my great grandfather did back in Serbia. We use original receipt since 1930's. Our salamis are made of selected meat and spices only! They don't contain any additives or preservative, no nitrate, no gluten, no soy, no flour, no eggs, no dairy... nothing that shouldn't be in there. All our meats are dry cured only in New Zealand see salt, cold smoked and air dried.
