Michael is friendly and apparently knowledgeable, however his follow through is lacking. After I applied for a policy based on his recommendation I had to chase him up to get any response. Then the promised action never materialised. I feel like I wasted my time. I would recommend finding someone who might be less friendly but will follow through for you more reliably.
