Hi Rob,

Please include us in your data base for a regular 18 month test/service of the alarm you recently installed.

Can I also say that you operate one of the most professional, client focused and well run alarm businesses we have come across. Over the years we have seen some pretty shoddy customer service particularly when trying to get our old alarm repaired and serviced over the years and recently while obtaining prices for a replacement alarm system. It has been a breath of fresh air to finally find a decent alarm service where:

Communication is effective - we have been kept well informed at every stage from our initial inquiry to the final installation.
Staff are responsive and helpful - anytime I know I can contact the duty service person directly which is great peace of mind should I need some help with the alarm.
The team is very experienced and trustworthy - which reflects their extensive experience in the industry and your recruiting practices.

I would also like Mark's effort in installing our alarm to be acknowledged. He was quick, careful, tidy and took the time to explain things which was great.
