Milestone Homes makes home building easy. Follow our simple eight-step pathway to see for yourself. The stepping stones explain every stage of the building process, from deciding what your new home will look like to moving in, and all the steps you'll take along the way.
1. What do you want in your new home? Find inspiration in our great range of designs, and meet the Milestone new home consultant who'll be with you every step of the way.
2. First we listen to you to find out what you want - we'll visit your site with you or help you find the perfect place to build. Once we understand your needs, lifestyle and budget, and know where you want to build, we'll help you choose your new Milestone.
3. We'll put together an estimate showing the best plan for you, that will make the most of your budget and your land. We require a pre-consent deposit to start working drawings - subtracted from the contract price when you sign up.
4. We'll draw up a full specification and a building contract showing each of the staged payments, so you know exactly what your new home will cost before you sign up. There are no surprises; your budget is safe with us. We require a 5 percent deposit at this stage
5. Now you can relax and choose colours and other finishing touches while we organise the building consent.
6. We begin building your new home. Your Milestone new home consultant will let you know how things are going with regular contact, site visits and updates to your 'My Milestone' webpage. You'll make progress payments as we complete construction stages.
7. We're finished. Once the final payment is made we'll present you with the keys and you can move in and enjoy life in your brand new home.
8. You're very important to us. In addition to our industry leading 365-day maintenance period, we'll also keep in touch every now and then, just to say Hi!
