Global Logistics was formed to compliment the Cooltainer Business which has been in operation for 42 years.

The head office for Global Logistics is in Christchurch. We also have offices in Auckland, Tauranga, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and a customs agency in Australia.

Coastal Shipping


We can also offer a guaranteed weekly domestic coastal shipping service (dry and reefer /FCL and LCL) and warehousing and distribution services in Christchurch. This enables Global Logistics to offer a complete freight forwarding and warehouse storage and distribution service to its customers.


Storage


The Warehouse is Customs Bonded and a MAF Approved Transitional Facility. The Warehouse comprises 3767 square meters of High and Low Stud racking capability for 1900 pallet positions and a block stack area for a further 900 pallets. The warehouse has been recently refurbished to NZFSA standard.

There are two Container height Exit / Entry doors as well as an updated sprinkler system and the warehouse has a fully monitored 24/7 security system. There is also the capability for containers to be swung and unloaded under roof.
