Have used you guys before for plumbing and had a very professional and positive outcome. (Dylan) Decided to use again for a maintenance gas fire and hot water cylinder service. Francis was professional, friendly and gave sound advice for the future. Worked efficiently and was very clean and tidy. Pleased we have found a plumber and gas engineer to call on in the future. Would recommend to friends.

I would recommend this company due 1. Professionalism Francis came to install the water filter. I also asked him to check if there any leak as my water bills become twice higher than usual. I find his job very professional and all things I need to know are explained properly. Thank a lot. 2.The most immediate response for my call when I was so desperate to get the quick service. This was only company that sent me guys these days.

We had Francis again looking at our pipes. I really felt sorry for him. He is lovely, and patient. I am happy that he has explained about the problems we have had. No hesitation to call him again to fix our plumbing problems

Fantastic service. Rang to say he would be early which was great. Was very pleasant do deal with. Dylan explained to me what he had to do to find our leak. He was fast and professional. I would absolutly recommend BT Plumbing.\ Thanks
