Wadding Solutions provides a service to the plastic manufacturing industry. Wadding or Closure lining is a process that cuts and inserts seals into caps and closures ready to be used to seal bottles or containers. There is a large variety of seal materials available, depending on the product to be sealed, the container material and the customers tamper evident and shelf-life requirements.
Most products can be sealed using basic, readily available materials, however more specialized materials need to be imported into New Zealand as required.
