12th August 2015 Poor customer service assistance. Boss is rude, he doesn't care of customer time. If you call their office they will promise you heaven and earth (sales talk) and will pretend he knows everything about your car, but when you reach their office he'll tell you that their product doesn't fit and the other product will be coming the next day, so they will ask you to come back. They have inexperience young technician guy, who will try to mess up with your car to figure out how he can fit their product, even if it its not compatible. Bad experience in total. Not worth your time.

29th August 2013 Very bad service! Went to install a car audio and the plastic side panel was seriously damaged by using tools (with deep scratches and dints). The inexperienced young guy who caused the damage was apologetic but the boss was very rude. He was screaming at me saying I set him up! He said the damage was due to the sun burn and there is no way they can avoid the dints!!?? From the beginning to the end, he did not say a single word of "sorry". All what he tried to do is to be loud and angry so it looked like my fault. Unbelievable!
I would recommend you to avoid this business if you don't want to deal with rude and unprofessional people.
