We waited patiently in line for 15mins, with no eye contact or acknowledgement from any of the staff. Eventually I interrupted the front desk cashier to ask if there were any free tables (I could see one at the front with no 'Reserved' sign) or were they booked out? The answer was they were booked out. I explained that to the 20+ people waiting so they didn't have to waste any more of their time. So terrible service before we even got thru' the door!! Couldn't see how to rate them zero stars, 1 star is too high.

This visit not so good as previous visits only due to the fact that this time the pasta dish (chicken tortellini) did not have as much sauce as I have had in the past here (only a very thin layer just enough to just coat the tortellini.lthough the serving was very generous so this made the overall taste bland and dry and I didn't finish it. For the price not good value. Steak and tiramisu however were lovely.

My bf and I dined here for her Birthday and we were very impressed. They had gluten free option for my friend and were very accomadating when i changed slightly my meal to hold the cheese and add salad instead. The meals were fairly priced and was delicious. I would recommend to all. they are alwasy busy so be early and the wait is worth it. The only thing is the tables are close together and it is loud in there but we expected it as it is a bar as well. The Mah Tai(not sure spelling) was delicious and my lime and lime was just as refreshing and they didnt fill it completely with ice and no drink. Well done team it was really nice

Really great buzzy place with good food - served cheerfully and great menu. Huge servings and overall good value and food. Return frequently.

first time back to goodebrothers after 6 months yesterday, awesome atmosphere especially with the live music. love the new outdoor area, food is still great, fav pasta from now on is #6 (check it out) fettuccine. staff are friendly. would definitely recommend this place to others to try out. My new hang out during the world cup..... GOODEBROTHERS...watch it live...

Went To Goode brothers (or is it Goodie Brothers?), for a sneaky beer and a wee snack havent been in a few months as i have been overseas. Lets just say i wont be leaving it for a few more months!. The service was good and unobtrusive my couple of beers somehow got turned into a few more as we enjoyed the new outside area. Pizza and beer with some great banter with the friendly staff who can talk anyone into another sneaky beer or even some prawn twisters

Lousy-no service! Requested my Visa up front (we're advised not to allow that!). And ordinary (but huge) steak which was undercooked and sent back. Not impressed!

love this restaurant! went there for my birthday. it has the yummiest pasta and pizza. i love the cameralized oninon garlic pizza for entree. its delicious. and the happy hour cocktail is good. would go there every friday for the cocktail and food!!!

Goode Brothers is a really great place to go with the family before or after the movies. Great atmosphere and great food. It also has a loyalty programme worth joining.

"Hi, shall we meet up for a beer?" "Sure, sounds like a plan .. the usual?" "Nah, I hear there is a new place, Goode Bros ... shall we try it" "Umm .. well, sure, why not" That's how the conversation started 6+ months ago. It's also how GoodeBros became our regular haunt. Goode Bros is a pub ... a pub with a pasta flare. Now I have to admit I'm not a pasta fan, would much rather eat other stuff - thankfully Goode Bros have Pizza too, although their pizzas are okay, not great but okay ... well, lets move on and say they have GREAT pizza bread (think garlic bread with cheese and in a circle), and good fries. The atmosphere is really warm, relaxed and the staff are super friendly. This makes the difference and is why we stay. You can find us there every 2nd Thursday, hanging out, drinking beers, shooting the breeze and watching life pass Botany by on a late night shopping night. Always popular, and family friendly, Goode Bros realy does have something for everyone (well unless you hate pasta and pizza and beer - but then you're probably not looking for a pub)
