I wanted to take advantage of applying for my passport on line. I phoned Kodak Express and was told it would cost an additional $12 to put the photos onto MY memory stick. Kodak Express told me the cost was in "resizing the photos"! I have experience with photoshop and editing photos and think this is unfair pricing. I called another business and they will do my photos for $15 total cost. Kodak Express, please look at your pricing as I think it is way too high for what is done.
