We sent our bmw 550i to recharge the flat battery and cancel the fault messages caused by the flat battery. We rang the business and confirmed the price again when droped off the car which is 10 dollar for the recharge and 50 dollar for diagnose. We done the same service two times in last two or three years at bmw dealership who charged us 80 dollars per time. When we get our car back, the 850CCA rating battery only been charged for two hours, the indicator stayed on white color which means not enough charge. The total bill changed to 135 dollars. When I questioned there two problems, the poor owner was very rudeAfter 5mins, he suddenly said:" That's bmw owner needs to pay, I need charge you another 15mins labor as I am talking to you! You can complain to anywhere, as I am not a MTA member " Anybody heared this shocking thing before? Don't choose battery town business,!! If there is zero star, We will rate it zero as no one worse than this one in last 15 years.
