9th May 2012 Addicted! These bootcamps are so addictive! The early start is a fantastic start to the day. When I started training with James I think I can remember struggling to do any situps and running was totally not on my radar. Now I can do a flippen bunch of situps, on a good day maybe even 65! And full press ups and have run a half marathon! I love the sessions with James, he is motivating, inspiring and is really awesome to work with. I would totally recommend the Core Fitness bootcamps and one on one training with James!

4th May 2012 I'm currently half way through my second boot camp with James and are still loving it as much as the first. This boot camp has the added bonus of boxing which I have found to be an awesome work out from the feet up to the shoulders, you really feel your whole body working. The 6am sessions fit well for me and have even got my boyfriend into it, he was reluctant at first, exercise wasn't his thing, but after hearing me talk about it and since he stopped smoking, he wanted to take the next step, and get fit. He loves it, especially the boxing and noticing how much fitter he's got since we first started, he's lost around 3kgs so far, got fitter, feels so much better and has also got into hiking in the weekends, its made such a positive impact to his life and mine. James is a great motivator, especially on those cold, wet and windy Wellington mornings, but after a few warm ups, you don't even notice the weather or that its early in the morning and I walk away knowing I've done a great work out and feel ready to start the working day. Thanks James for the encouragement, great sessions and your expertise!

I workout with James twice a week in the my own home, as going to a gym has little appeal. My fitness levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels have all significantly improved working with James for the past 9 months or so.
His personal approach to fitness is ideal for me and he regularly changes the format to keep the exercises interesting. His extensive knowledge from his ongoing studies and his years as a personal trainer are excellent benefits. I have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness and health levels. Mark
