Warning! These guys do not want your money. It is not just us, it's others too. We spread the word. They are just plain rude, unfriendly and uncaring. They do not acknowledge you, look you in the eye, listen to you or smile. They do not care about the customer at all. We met others who have had the same issue with them. Friends who own a successful cafe in Auckland with a big budget spent their money elsewhere, we did too. We now ordered parts from USA, and friends ordered parts from Wellington just to avoid them. Until they sort out their issues, we will continue to spread the word about this poorly behaved individual. Any potential customer will walk away feeling steamed off, and this guy will just ruin your day. Don't even bother. We don't like to be treated so rudely. It seems his mother did not teach him any manners at all.
