Tanya is an avid sports participant from playing touch rugby to doing Olympic Distance Triathlons. She understands the importance of exercise and keeping fit for long term health as well as maintaining the function of the body and optimising it to its full potential.
Tanya has qualifications and experience in both Massage Therapy and Personal Training. Tanya has also completed a Certificate in Advanced Sports Massage and has trained with the Dr Vodder School in Canada to become a Registered Manual Lymphatic Therapist. Together these qualifications and experience help people participating in any form of exercise to enhance performance, aid recovery and minimize injury.
