staff are nice, but so far has been extremely hard to get in contact with the company for bookings. have called at different times of the day (3 or 4 times) for 2 weeks and emailed through their website twice and recieved no word back regarding a booking. thoroughly disappointed in lack of service, costing me money - as i have paid in advance. as well as time. I want a refund but highly doubt i will see a cent of it. Yet to see how the end result will turn out.
