While I believe every company should have a vision and purpose, most companies that have a vision and purpose never get anywhere close to living up to it. However, The Mastermind Vision and Purpose actually is in the process of being realised and I am grateful to everyone that has had a hand in oemaking it happen:

Mastermind Defined
There are a number of reasons why I chose Mastermind as a name. Wikipedia defines Mastermind as oeanother word for genius. However, the definition that resonates with me the most is Napoleon Hill(TM)s definition:
"The Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."
(Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich)
