An Aromatherapist aims to improve the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit through the use of essential oils (a pure, very concentrated plant extract of high quality). Aromatherapy works through absorption though the skin, although smell is also very important.

Treatments I offer include:

These treatments are pleasant and can be beneficial for many ailments, including Stress and Anxiety, Sore muscles, Cold or Flu, PMS, etc.

Relaxation Massage is the most common treatment used. A hot compress is used regularly as well. Offcourse, you don't need to suffer from anything to enjoy a massage.

A massage is a good way of looking after yourself as well as treating yourself to some well deserved relaxation.

My massages are truly relaxing. Often I will spend more time to achieve this. With an hour massage I will give you a full body massage, but will only expose the part I am working on at the time and will keep your more private parts always covered.

Half hour massages for only part of your body are also available.

Detox Foot Bath: There are toxins all around us: in the air, the food we eat, etc.

Our bodies are like a giant magnet that attracts and holds onto toxins. These toxins interfere with our normal body functions, thereby setting us up for allergies and immune system problems. If we don't do anything about that, the long term effect could be problems with our joints, organs, nerves and other tissues. This results in pain, swelling, oedema and other symptoms.

A series of detox foot baths can reduce the effect of those symptoms.

To detoxify you simply sit with your feet in a foot-bath in which an "array" is placed, for 30 minutes. Your feet have a large number of pores trough which toxins can "escape" your body. This way we can remove toxins regardless
