4th March 2013 This has to be hands down the best Yum cha I have been to.
The place is simple and clean, the first thing that you notice is all the yellow from the table cloths but the view was great.
The service was also great although not a lot of english so I think that having a Chinese friend with us helped as he could tell us what each thing was (I know for next time though what I would be getting).
Most of all the food was AMAZING. Our group of 9 enjoyed everything including Pork buns, Pineapple & custard buns, custard egg tarts, all of which were warm and fresh. The 2 different porks we had were great and all the dumplings lovely. I really couldn't fault it.
We all left full and it was the cheapest value for money I have ever had - at only $17.80 each.
I would definitely go back and recommend to all.

8th March 2011 The staff are very friendly, and the food is nice too. The space is not huge, but it's comfortable, with a view of the sea in the distance.

17th October 2010 We had Yum Char here today and without a doubt this is the best Dim Sum food in Auckland. We have been to many other places but the food here was the tastiest and freshest we have ever had. The staff were cheerful and helpful (which was a pleasant change) and above all, the price was almost too cheap considering the quality. We will be back and will bring our friends.

when we first walked in we were surprised by how little people were there, i guess it's the 1st floor that put people off but let me tell you their dinner was great, great in value and great in taste. We had sweet & sour pork (not the spareribs), very tasty, we also had braised fish in soy sauce, quite nice as well, the dish is pretty big so make sure you go there with an empty stomach. The only problem is they dont have any live seafood at the moment but I dont usually order live seafood anyway so i am ok with it.

5th July 2010 Easily the best yum-cha on the North Shore. Easy to miss up the stairs next to the ANZ, but once you've been, you'll definitely be back. Great range of dishes ranging from the traditional to some more unusual selections. Don't be shy, try it all, you won't be disappointed. If you have a large party then consider booking in advance as it's always packed.
