The Oaks Cattery is a well known Otaki landmark. Val Richards and Lyall Payne have been at The Oaks Cattery since first setting up the cattery.

Val is extremely knowledgeable on every facet of feline ownership, welfare and well-being, from what to do when your cat won't eat, or how to introduce a new cat into your home so that that your existing cat will not resent the new arrival, to transforming timid cats into the happy outgoing cats they could always have been.
