Thank you very much for your valuable comments and we are very sorry that you feel unsatisfied with our Guitar Course Grabone promotion. We are not able to satisfy every student, but we will always try our best to improve ourselves. 1) About this Grabone promotion Guitar Course – It was $159 including: a brand new full size guitar, a carrying case, a studio music bag, registration fee and 10 weeks of 1-hour beginner guitar classes. 2) This course was designed as an introduction to guitar for kids who have absolutely no knowledge of music or how to play any instrument. 3) The promotion price was very low, and on top of that Grabone (the promotion provider) charges a commission to run it. We run at lost in this kind of promotion. However, we always hope that the students will receive great benefit from it. Regarding the complaints: 1) The facts presented in this complaint are inaccurate. The true number of students in the class you mentioned was 15, not 30. 2) We always have less than 10 students in each class. The reason why we had 15 students in that class was because all of them wanted that particular time slot. We advised everyone who wanted that particular time that it was not ideal to have that many students in one class. However, none of them had a problem with it at that time. 3) We found out after two lessons that having 15 students in one class wasn’t working out, and we weren’t achieving the results we wanted. We hired one more teacher and opened a new class to split the students into 2 classes by their 3rd lesson. In addition, we gave all students in those classes three extra lessons as an apology. 4) There are 10 classes/lessons each term. All these students had 13 classes last term! The 3 first classes were given to them for FREE. 5) Because we had to split the students in two classes, a different teacher was needed. 6) Although teachers might have different teaching styles, all instructors in our studio follow the same method, which is coordinated with the number of lessons per term. Finally, we are sorry that your son didn’t feel interested in the class. We’ve had a large number of students who stayed for subsequent terms. This past term alone we had one Level 1 class with 12 students in it signing up for the next term level. We tried our best to bring high quality music education to all of our students.
