This place is a shambles! I paid for my 11-year old son to receive guitar lessons and the first day he turned up, there were 30 kids ranging in age from 6-13! The teacher was embarrassed and clearly annoyed that he had been given so many kids. He said there should have been a maximum of 15. He had to run another lesson after that with the 30 kids, because the office staff took their time splitting the class up. When they finally split the class, my son was put into the new class. He ended up having 4 different teachers by the 6th week! He learn hardly anything because the teachers all taught differently, and started from the beginning! By this time, most parents clearly had enough and stopped bringing their kids to the lessons. My son asked to miss the last week because he said it was a waste of time. He had been spending time learning on YouTube and found that was more effective for him. It was a complete waste of money and time.
