Awesome business, easy to deal with, Bruce & his team are just machines! First time I ever used this company to fix my car, and I was on the phone throughout the day just being kept in the loop with what was happening. Took my car in at 7:30pm, job was all done by 2pm! I will definitely use these guys again & will recommend to others!

Terrible customer service. I rung to get a quote for my faulty car window and the owner there talked to me as though I was stupid and wouldn't check my car out on the same day. He also told me he would charge me just to see what the problem was. I rung WOF and Tyres on Massey rd, Mangere and the people there were happy to check my car out for free and on the same day even though they were busy. The guy there didn't have to tear my door apart to find out what was wrong and they were able to get the parts in quickly and repair my car window for a good price too.
