Airzone Kitesurf School

Airzone Kitesurf School offers kitesurfing lessons on the Karikari Peninsula between the Bay of Islands and 90 Mile Beach.

With the latest equipment, a fantasticly windy any direction location, and top-level IKO/BKSA instruction, you will progress quickly and safely. We provide everything, so all you need to bring is yourself ready for a day out at the beach.

Kitesurfing courses

1 day taster - $175 " A full-on kitesurfing experience day. Power yourself through the water with the kite, and get a real feeling for this exciting sport. The one day course does not cover all the safety training necessary for progression on your own as a kitesurfer.

2 day course - $325 " A more complete kitesurfing course. Two days covers all the elements you need to become a kitesurfer. Use the kite to get you where you want to go, learn the safety systems and self-rescue techniques, and get on the board. Aim to achieve IKO level 1 " 2.

3 day course - $445 " Add an extra day to build up your skills and confidence (until you are ready to go solo).

Airzone Kitesurf School is one of a range of activities available on the Karikari Peninsula as part of Watersports Paradise. Other activities include diving, fishing, kayaking, sailing, stand up paddleboarding and snorkeling.
