We are the franchise holder for the East Cape District south, through Gisborne to and including the Dannevirke District for Grove Homes Limited (based in Wellington).
Sterling Cottages employs a core team of qualified builders and trade labourers. Housing, batches or ofices are varied in exterior cladding to suit individual tastes, e.g. cedar, ply batten, hardi plank, linear or brick.
We have a dedicated group of sub-contractors who provide their associated trade skills to complete all construction projects to a high level of quality. Our company architects are well versed in design, therefore any style of house or multi-unit development can be designed with ease and simplicity.
