This web site and that of our supplier www.jkf.dk can be consulted to give you an idea of the products we offer. We can help and advise you on your layout and suggest ways to save cost both now and in the future. Once the layout is confirmed, simply fax or email the details to us for a quote.
Often our competitors may give you only the one total figure with no breakdown details. We show the cost of every single item on our quotes.
New Zealand Duct & Flex is happy for you to order just the additional items you require and re-use existing equipment. If there are any special unusual items to be made up (odd sized branch pieces, square to rounds etc) we can arrange manufacture locally in 2-3 days, otherwise your stock will be on the way to you the same day you confirm your Order. Items can be collected from us personally in Auckland or Christchurch if you wish to save freight costs.

Planning and Fitting
You can plan out a simple addition to a system yourself with our help. If you are planning a bigger or complete system, we can do this for you or recommend an experienced associated company locally who is familiar with our product range. You can choose to fit the ducting yourself or again this can be arranged for you.

Extra(TM)s and Leftovers
New Zealand Duct & Flex prides ourselves on Customer Satisfaction. Few people get the whole plan right first time. Machine positions change, beams and obstructions ~appear(TM) out of thin air! If at the end you are a few items short but have unused ones left over, we are happy to credit returned products and or swap them for other items - providing the original products are returned to us unused and undamaged within 2 months of initial delivery.
(This does NOT apply to Flex products as they can be damaged invisibly and cause the next customer problems if we re-sell.)
Overnight Urgent Service
We have the largest range of Duct and Flex available off the shelf in New Zealand. From our Auckland and Christchurch outlets we offer overnight despatch to customers. Orders for in-stock items received by 4pm go out that day and can be couriered to you for the next morning.
