Here at Devonport Holiday Houses we offer accommodation with a "point of difference" We have been in the short term accommodation business since 2004 and if repeat guests are any indication of its success then we are running with a winner. Our first accommodation was Bayswater Cottage - we added Kerr Street in January 2008- Kerr Street with A View in March, 2008 and our first guests arrived at Benton Cottage in September 2008 and we now have added Waiwera Beach House to our accommodation list (2009)
The deliverance of service and respect to detail is paramount to us in giving our guests not just a place to stay but an "experience"

On arrival into any of our accommodations a "Welcome Letter" is waiting with relevant information to the guests staying in the accommodation.
Every last detail is taken care of so that on arrival guests are able to relax and unwind often from either an arduous plane trip or long drive. We like our guests to make the accommodation "their home away from home" .
