Rowland has just completed a 3month House building project for me. The job entailed building a new 60m2 House extension comprising a 2 car garage, new Master Bedroom, ensuite and deck, new study, new internal hallway and new Entrance with Cedar Garage and entrance doors and cedar soffit under a Gable entranceway. A complex part of the Project was installing new roof trusses and roofing the old and new buildings. To comply with the new building codes, 17 inspections were required by the City Council. All were passed with no difficulties. Thruout the Project, Rowland demonstrated extremely good qualities as a Master Builder;
- consistently high standard of building methods - he would not allow poor standards on the job. He also owns equipment, eg Nail gun, screw gun etc that allows for speedy work on site.
- hard working and quick accurate worker - Rowland gained a reputation for arriving on time, appraising the needs quickly and immediately launching into the work without wasting time.
