9th May 2012 Very poor customer service and a complete inability to resolve an error on their system which has lead to my phone being restricted and disconnected. They took a payment twice from my credit card and after over 10 days returned the money but then the error on their system shows my account as in arrears which they keep agreeing is an error on their system but they don't appear to know how to sort it out, this issue has been going on for 6 weeks now and could affect my credit rating. I would never get another contract with Two Degrees or advise any one else too based on my experience.
