Tauranga catering tends to be in demand for the formal, or themed evenings during conferences. We work well together with conference organizers or corporate booking agents. Catering for film sets is also not new to us and happily create a catering program to meet these needs.

Weddings -

You want your wedding to be really special, to run smoothly and the day to be just perfect, we do too.

We like to include as much as possible in our standard WEDDING PACKAGE as we find that this simplifies communication and you know exactly what to expect.

For the standard package as detailed in the price guide you will receive:

* full table setting and personal service from our staff
* individual name cards for each guest
* menus featuring the names of the bridal couple
* arrange accommodation for your guests at a special rate
* arrange accommodation in a Honeymoon Suite for the bridal couple

Function Management

The many years in business and the quality of our teams ensures the ability of total function management. This service in particular is suitable for large gala and corporate events.
Planning and training the kitchen brigade at the Formosa Regent Hotel in Taipei for the New Zealand food festival and preparing the catering needs for the launch of the Whale Rider movie in Taiwan.
