Slowest customer service I've come across. In the past, and recently, items have been meant to be delivered 'overnight' or within 2-5 business days. Each time I've received it late, with completely confused, rude, or useless couriers themselves. I have no idea how Courier Post has such an extensive network, when I've never heard good feedback from other people I know who have used them either.

I have had many items delivered and picked up from Courier Post, I have been disappointed with their service (well total lack of!) 99% of the time. Deliveries are VERY slow compared to other more reliable Couriers. Example, yesterday I booked a pickup from our reception (where all the other couriers come to collect pickups) 2 hours later the courier post guy comes to the Drop off area, asks about the pickup, an employee asks me about it and goes to get the package to hand to the courier....but he has just up and left!!! Time from initial contact to having package to where the courier was, less then 90secs. This was simply very rude and unprofessional, Please review your procedures for choosing staff!
