The web site shows the opening hours for the 'Customer Care Team' however this is not the times that the branches are open. Check a branches details on the Courier post site and it makes no mention of the times you can pick up or drop off. REALLY ANNOYING to have made a special trip to the branch and find it CLOSED!

Absolutely appalling service. Parcel should have been delivered by overnight delivery. Two days later Courier Post are still processing it and now it will not be delivered for at least another 2 days (Monday). No one will tell me why or put me through to the depot, the Sender has to chase it up. Cant even put in a complaint as that has to come from the sender as well. So they have our parcel, wont deliver it and wont tell me why.
