I've been using CourierPost for 20 years or more. I'm genuinely very happy over all, for my own business's & as an employee. However everytime I've dropped items off here ( Highbrook ) they have always been lost or severely delayed. I reckon they get dropped behind the counter & are forgotten about. I'm sure all outgoing parcels behind the counter are not cleared daily. There seems to be a lack of systems / shelves etc here. Carbine Road was fine, its definitely only at Highbrook !!! Best to use another dropoff - Post Offices etc.
