Annie uses Reiki which is a natural healing system. Its very gentle on the body enabling you to relax and perhaps go to sleep whilst Annie works on you. You can either be seated in a chair or lying on Annies Reiki Table.
Healing is meant to be gentle and Reiki is all of those.
