How long does it take to get prints delivered? If you complete your order of prints before 3pm, the prints should arrive sometime the next day (except weekend orders) for all major NZ towns and cities*. If you live in a remote area, allow a couple of extra days. Our prints are delivered via courier and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive at your place as they left ours.

Your photos are sent via CourierPost and their location can be traced using their Track & Trace system. If you need to track your photos, please click here to email us stating your digitalpro order number. We will reply asap with your trackpak number. Simply enter your trackpak tracking code in the CourierPost web site to see where your trackpak is. You can also call CourierPost 0800 COURIER (0800 268 7437)

Will my photos be printed on real photo paper?

Yes. digitalpro.co.nz uses silver-halide photographic paper for prints up to 10 x 15 inches, printed on a Fuji Frontier machine. The archival quality of your photos, when kept in optimum conditions, will be 50-70 years. Silver-halide paper is far superior to the 'instant' type photo paper that seems to be cropping up around New Zealand now. Digitalpro is a dedicated professional photographic lab. We put quality before speed, every time.

For larger prints, we use our Canon IPF8000, professional printer. This is a pro photo rated ink jet printer that prints up to 44 inches wide and prints on our premium 250gsm satin paper for photos and our 390gsm 100% cotton canvas
