This flooring does not last and are not as high performance as claimed. We had some problems with the flooring after two years of use and we approached them to fix it. They deny that the flooring problem was due to the quality of the board or their workmanship, saying that it is due to some so called "chemical reaction" so it is not covered under the 25 wear warranty (even though their warranty states that it covers wear on the surface of the board). They say the If we want to replace the board, we have to pay for it. When we ask for their quotation on the cost to have it fixed, our request for their quotation was ignored repeatedly (we called the person in charge about five times for about one month). Everytime he says he will do it but till to-date, we are still waiting for his quote, reason being that he is too busy to attend to this.
They have very bad after-sale service. If you decide to install their flooring, be prepared to live with whatever problems that can surface later or otherwise replace the whole floor with floor boards from another company as they are not interested to change the floor boards for you even though you are forced to pay it which should be covered under the warranty.
